Every number here
has a paper behind it.
Each amount is the one the research used, not a number picked to look good on a label.
Vitamin C
Vitamin C collects inside white blood cells, where it helps them find and kill bacteria. Reviews put everyday needs at 100 to 200 mg, rising sharply when the immune system is busy. 500 mg keeps the tank full with room for those days.
B Complex
Each of the eight B vitamins does a job in turning food into energy. A 2016 review pointed out that studies had only looked at three of them, and argued for giving all eight at levels well above the official minimums.
Vitamin D3
Across 46 trials it worked best taken daily rather than in occasional large doses, and 400 to 1,000 IU was the range that showed most clearly. A separate trial found 1,000 IU a day brought healthy adults’ blood levels up to where they should be.
Vitamin K2
A trial tested MK-7 from 10 all the way up to 360 µg a day. The proteins that put calcium where it belongs only started working properly from about 90 µg up, and not below it.
Zinc
The body keeps no zinc reserve, so it has to arrive daily. Run short and immune cells stop working properly. 15 mg sits above the 8 to 11 mg needed, every day.
Probiotics
Across 52 trials, probiotics only beat placebo from ten billion a day upward. Below that they generally did not.
Capsule size and count are fixed first, so the routine stays easy to keep. Each active is then set to the most useful level that fits.
